All HOODIES PRO items are custom printed and made to order in Canada, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Exchanges or refunds are offered only for defective, damaged or misprinted items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nowdropshipping.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or refund once approved.
